The Muladhara (LAM) (I am) represents the Root Chakra which is located towards the base of hte spine. This chakra symbolizes stability, grounding, instincts, and survival. It is often represented by the color red and is closely tied with the element Earth. When this chakra is well balanced,a feeling of security, groundedness, or feeling of being present is common. When imbalanced, fear, insecurity, dissociation, and financial insecurity becomes more common.

The Swadishthana (VAM) (I feel) represents the Sacral Chakra which is located towards the base of the spine. This chakra symbolizes creativity, sensuality, emotions, and pleasure. It is often represented by the color Orange and is closely tied with the element Water. When this chakra is well balanced, there may be an increase in creativity, connection to others, and emotional availability. An imbalanced sacral chakra can lead to guilt, repression, addiction, or sexual disorders.

The Manipura (RAM) (I do) represents the Solar Plexus Chakra, which is located in the upper abdomen, just above the navel.
